These terms apply when you use digitalproductszone.com or buy from Digital Products Zone (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
We sell downloadable digital products, so nothing is physically shipped. The digital products listed on our platform are created either by Digital Products Zone or by third-party creators. In cases where a product is created by another owner, their name will be explicitly mentioned on the product listing. Digital Products Zone acts as the primary seller.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) or in USD ($) and are shown on each product page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices and offers may change, but the price you paid at checkout is final for that order.
3. Gift coupons and offers
From time to time we give gift coupons (for example, a ₹50 scratch card gift after an order) and checkout offers. These rules apply:
- A gift coupon is personal. It works only with the same email address and mobile number that it was sent to.
- Each gift coupon can be used once, before the expiry date shown on it.
- Only one gift coupon can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with other coupons.
- A gift coupon is not valid on products you have already bought (alone, in a combo or as a checkout offer), on checkout offer items, or on products below the minimum price shown on the coupon.
- Gift coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Each customer (email address and mobile number) gets the first order gift only once.
- If the order that earned a gift is cancelled or refunded, the unused gift coupon is cancelled too.
- If a payment fails or is cancelled, an unused gift coupon stays valid until its expiry date.
- We may cancel a gift coupon that is misused, and we may change or end any gift or offer at any time. Orders already paid are not affected.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment, the download link appears on screen and is also sent to your email. See our Delivery Policy.
5. Your licence to use the Products
- You are granted a limited license to read, download, and print these products solely for your own personal learning and educational use.
- You may not share, resell, upload, copy, or distribute any copyrighted products, in whole or in part. This restriction does not apply to products that are explicitly non-copyrighted or already permanently in the public domain.
- All content is protected by international copyright laws and remains the exclusive property of its respective owners, authors, and publishers.
6. Learning results
Some of our eBooks are practice material. Your progress depends on your own practice, so we do not promise any specific result or time frame.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
We try to keep our content accurate and our website working. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet problems, device issues or third-party services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
